Searching For Past Topics
I am new to the forum and am interested to find discussions on flipping properties, however, when I enter a "key word" in the search box, I am told that I must subscribe to use this feature. I this the case or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Yes, this is the case. The site has become too expensive for Joel to run to allow total free access. In order to search the forum archives, you would need an All Star subscription. This link will help explain the different levels and capabilities.
