Why doesn't my location show up under my name anymore when I post?
Why does the page have to refresh before I can make another selection on such pages as TCI Realty and Lender finder? Ex - Choose a state, page automaticly refreshes itself before you can choose city, type of property etc.
Lender finder doesn't seem to be working properly. A few days ago, I could only view NC stuff, now I seem not to be able to view anything.

The reason why is that we made the site into a location specific website. Meaning that events, news, properties, and loan finding are now based on users entering in their location area in their user preferences.
Click on MyTCI, then click on MyInfo (the clipboard icon)
Once you do that you will have about 5 pages customized to your area.
I don't know if everybody would want to post the city and state that which they live in the forum area, but maybe we should post it up there and see how it goes.
As for the Lender Finder refreshing. and the TCIRealty refreshing. The reason it does that is so you will always get an answer from your search. We had it originally just posting items on there. But also if you add in your state info, you should receive a 'View All Loan Programs in Your Area' Button that will give you an easy to read Spreadsheet view of the loans available to you.

Does this mean that I can't search for lenders outside of NC? No offense, but if so, that sucks. I should have the freedom to view all lenders in all states if I want to. Why would you limit it to only to your listed state?
You have to post a city as well. Does this mean that ONLY news from my particular area will show? What if I invested in multiple cities or states? Is there a way to unlock the limitation?

No you will still be able to search in different states. It is just that you won't have a prepopulated form. You won't get a 'View All Lender Programs' spreadsheet view of different states, just the one you live in.

No you will still see national news, you will receive the Local Events at the top.

We will definitely do this when we have oodles of items to search through (TCIRealty at a later time). But with only 100 items in a database, you will more than likely not receive something in a search, than the way we have it now.
The spreadsheet view helps out a lot. Since they can see all of the programs in there area at one glance, rather than doing a search.
