Property Listings
I just became a member so that I would have access to property for sale. When I pull up my states listings I get mostly properties that the sellers appear to be asking full price, or close to it. What's the deal? I thought they were supposed to be motivated sellers. Are these people just using this forum for another MLS type listing?
I personally have made contact with leads from the list and found motivated sellers. Keep after it. Good luck.

So is it your opinion that most of the prices listed are VERY flexible? I would have thought that they would have listed lower prices to attract investors rather than what appears to be retail price.
