A Better Registration Experience

We’ve completely reworked how new users sign up. The updated registration system is simpler, cleaner, and more flexible for everyone involved.

Here’s what’s new:

• It now supports both GET and POST requests, so external forms and links work better

• We added fallback logic if tracking data is missing, so the system doesn’t break

• Each user now gets their own isolated session, which helps prevent mixups

• We also improved how the system figures out which role a person should land on, like builder, service provider, or resident

It all adds up to a much smoother experience, especially for new users who are coming from shared links or company invites.

📊 Campaign Tracking and Group Analytics

This release also makes referral tracking much smarter. Now, when a user clicks a shared link, joins via a property invite, or comes from a UTM campaign, PropBot remembers that — even if they leave and come back later.

But the real upgrade is this:
Groups and companies on PropBot can now see analytics on their own signups and users.

That means you can:

• Track which links or campaigns led to new registrations

• Understand where your customers are coming from

• Measure what happens after they sign up, like creating projects or sending agreements

You don’t need Google Analytics or extra tools. It’s all part of the PropBot platform.

We’ve fixed a bunch of bugs in how users are routed between login, signup, and dashboards.
