"Possible Tenant" Headline

I keep getting emails in response to property listings. They are titles "Possible tenant". The body reads:

You have a message from a possible tenant from .com

Name: *****Phone: *****Email: *****

Message: I saw your property on www.TheCreativeInvestor.com. I would like more
information as soon as possible. Please call or e-mail anytime.

It would be VERY helpful if the property was referenced, as some of us have more than one listing.
Also, I do not have any properties for lease, they are only for slae, so I don't understand why the "Possible tenant" line. Please have repsonses tell us what property and what they want: lease, purchase, option, etc

The Possible Tenant is coming from people who are visiting www.AllYouCanRent.com website which uses the TCI properties.

If they are rental properties or rent-to-own properties they are displayed.

We will fix what property they are referencing. The problem is that over this past two weeks, we are transitioning the old property database out.

Thanks for the feedback. We don't know about the bugs unless somebody tells us.

    Thanks, Joel.

One of my messages appeared to be interested in purchase vs. renting, though it was titled "possible tenant"

    His message:
You have a message from a possible tenant from .com

Message: I saw your property (16 unit Complex) on www.TheCreativeInvestor.com. I
would like more information as soon as possible. Could you please email a
profit and loss statement for the last couple of years, the exact address, tax
info, and what is being done during your rehab and how much are you spending on
it? Prior to the rehab what was your vacancy rate? Also, would you be
interested in owner financing the whole amount or at least a 20% down payment.

I am confused. I don't want to be sending rental info to buyers, or buyer info to renters. How am I going to be able to tell the difference??

We have changed it so that it is very generic. It has to be because it is being used on multiple websites now, TCI and www.ALLYouCanRent.com. If you choose to sell AND rent your property at the same time, you will have to put in two different listings in your Properties area.
