Hello could anyone give me some information on any lenders in dallas Texas that would possible give me a loan with my credit score being 586, plus any of my account are current. need to start investing in real estate soon
call a mortgage broker that deals with investors. they have lots of programs and can advise u accordingly

There you can find a bunch of lenders you can contact.
