Need An Investor To Buy
We are need of an Investor to buy the property that I currently live in. It is a lease purchase. My contract will end on March 2004. We have put $10k down. We pay $1500 a month and have been on time and have copies of all checks. The problem is that we had a previous forclosure on our credit and we need to wait at least another year. If anyone knows of anyone or someone that may be able to guide us or help us please advise. The property is in Georgia. seeking help for a family in need.

Still in need. Thanks again danasalter. What I really need if possbile is an investor who would buy the property for us and then in 6months to 1 year it would be put into our names. I was advised that I would need to wait at least another 6 months to year. if their is anyone out there that would be able to assist or know of someone in the Atlanta area please advise.
