Mortgage Forum

Joel,

Is it possible to have a forum that is just mortgage related? Where people can ask mortgage questions, get ideas on financing, etc? It is not easy to go to every lender in order to have them try to find out what can be done when so much has been done here and people can already point you in the right direction on what to look for when you DO talk to the lenders?

Best,

Is that part of what the "Paper / Notes / Mortgage Investing Forum" is suppose to be?

We had one in the past, and it was one of the mistakes we have had in the past. The problem with that is that every lender will promise you that they can do the job even though few of them can. The majority of them are Brokers not direct lenders.

This is why we created the Lenders area. And if you are looking for a Commercial Loan, go ahead and start a Loan Project.

Brian in the Lending Department will review your Project and submit it to the lenders when your Project is fully documented and ready to be bidded on.

We are thinking of using the Loan Project Pipeline for residential purposes in the near future. Hope this helps.

    Gotcha,

Yeah, I understand what you are saying, just more interested to hear what others have done or recommend, not lenders I guess.

    Residential would be great.

    Best,
