Lender Tab Not Working! Or Is It Me?
I keep trying to see what is available in Oregon and Utah and come up with a big "nothing meets your specs etc." If I was looking for HArd money in Utah what would I put in there and how would I look? is there hard $$ in Utah? I am sure I am doing something wrong. If not maybe make that portion of the site a little more user friendly.

I wasn't able to recreate your problem. You can do a simple search, by clicking on the state links on the left hand side, or you can do an advanced search by scouring through the database for you.
I did a simple and advanced search for Utah, and came up with Hard Money Lenders.
