Hi, Thought I post this here just in case it matters.... Just a suggestion to add a: " Learn From My Mistakes Not Yours " ... Section.... Where we can post all of our "CREI" costly mistakes here so that other investors can learn from them .... is sort of a "Heads Up" :coolsmile: Goldmine Bev
