How Much Is Old Data Worth?
We have an archive of old PropBot properties that have come through our listings and have expired since then.
We are looking to purge the 5 million properties off the database, however we are wondering if looking at old properties is worth anything.
Other wise we would just delete em. Thoughts?

Or you could be an info whore like me and buy another hard drive.
You never know when a piece of todays useless info might become useful tomorrow.

The work I do with bpos requires that I look at the MLS archives often as well as when I list a retail sale. I get valuable info about turnovers as well as when certain upgrades/rehabs were done and how the property fared on the market during different market climates.
So, if it were me I would archive as long as I had space.
