How Do I Start(doing RE Deals) With No Money ?
Hello everyone,
I am new here and am interested in getting in becoming an RE investor. I currently run my own retail business, but have no money available at the time since all of the money I have is being siphoned back into the business so it may grow.
I have always been interested in doing creative real estate deals that require no money of your own, and can be accomplished on bad--or even no--credit. Everyone here appears to know what they are doing so I am just here at first to read, learn, interact with others, and shut up when one of the pros here is telling me something useful.
Any guidance you can give me to get started would be greatly appreciated and thanks for creating such a wonderful site!
