Fractional Property Ownership Information
Can anyone out there give me some good advice on Fractional Property Ownership startups? I am looking to buy a few properties and sell off shares as in the elite fractional ownership properties one finds on the internet. Has anyone done this? I want to structure my properties on a 1/4, 1/2 basis. Most sites I see only want people to use their share in segments. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I seriously doubt if anyone has heard of this person on this site, are you sure you spelled his last name correctly?
Then again maybe with only having 1 post asking this question, you may have spelled his first name wrong.
Now that I think about maybe another poster with one post will tell you where the next boot camp is. You could get real lucky.

I have heard him speak at a multi-speaker event last year and he seemed believable. He was looking for about $6k for the boot camp. I would imagine if you google him you will find more about his next bootcamp.
Yes, Marco Kozlowski spoke at the Wright Thurston Wealth Builder Conference in Denver with Larry Goins. His next Boot Camp is in Orlando, FL the weekend of June 29th I think. I know someone that went to LA a couple of weeks ago, and is very excited about his program.
