Dead Leads, Where Are You?
I have been unsuccessful in being able to contact the folks at Dead Leads. Has anyone had any contact with them lately? I have left messages and emails but no response. I hope everthing is ok over there. Please let me know if you have any information with regards to them.

We still need what I suggested a while back, an exchange forum more then ever.
With all these investors stuck with properties everyone selling and nobody buying an exchange is a great solution for many situations.
If you are looking to exchange, then you need to post it into the properties area and put that in your description.
The forums are meant to handle problems and solutions, not property listings.
The property listings are meant to handle property listings.
