CALLING JOHN LOCKE!!! Can't Open Your Book

This question has probably already been beat into the ground, but I just ordered your e-book - big bucks bird dogging, and not only can I not down load it, I'm so special I can't even figure WHERE to download it!!! Please help. I think I'm going to blow a gaskit :-S (confounded machines!!!)

    Kelea,

    Go to My TCI (blue tab at top). You should have an order # item there. Click on it and follow the instructions to download. This should work
