Last Nights Owners Meeting
The 2022 Budget has been approved. The Board is considering increasing dues for next year. The increase is TBD but is a definite with the inflation rate.
The board is also looking into how to raise funds for the roofing as well as asphalt replacement.
Roofing and asphalt replacement is going to cost significantly and we will have to juggle those around other existing priorities.
