December HOA Board-Meeting Minutes
December Meeting took place Dec 15th. Meeting minutes is following. * Selling the Vantage Point Property. Will have meeting with Attorney to discuss in January.
* Insurance - HOA will to stay with Travelers Insurance. The Board requested for it to be competitively bid and we still have found the lowest bidder. The HOA will not have lower rates until the rented/owner percentage improves.
* HOA Rate Increase vote for next year- Passes
* No Assessment - Dues % Increase starting in 2nd quarter of 2022 at 10%
* Broken Mailbox Doors have been replaced. Additional Mailbox Doors will be ordered. - Passes
* Collection Status Report. Sending more folks toward collections.
* Outstanding delinquent properties that are in collections still need the board's signatures. John and Bill Benjamin will look at E-signature platforms for engagement expediancy.
