Will This Lien Survive The Foreclosure?
Hello everyone, I have a quick question:
In a state of NJ if the there is a judgment (Certificate of Debt) from the state of NJ against the estate of the homeowner for a $ 126,000 and I am currently holding Mortgage / Note in a 1st position that is being used to foreclose on the property, does this judgment survives a foreclosure?
Really need to know an answer to this quickly or the whole deal falls apart.
