Will Tax Lien Still Exist After Foreclosure?
1st is foreclosing and there is a DEP of Rev. FIFA lien for state tax execution. Will this be wiped out by the foreclosure? I believe the owner had a business and this is related to it, two years of taxes totaling 43K
