Where To Find A List Of The Counties In Each State, That Sells Tax Liens Certificates
Hi,
I understand that Tax Liens Certificates are only sold in Ohio, in Counties that have over 200,000 people. Is this true in all States?
How do I find out which counties in each state sells the Tax Liens Certificates.

Most of the 88 Ohio counties do not offer tax certificates the offer tax deeds instead.
