What Is The Catch?
In my endless net investigation I came across property that is offered in a form of tax deed. It is multi unit beautiful brick in the hot Chicago area close to the Lake and University. The building is empty, but in "good" condition. Price quoted amounts to the price of 2b condo in the area.
What is the catch? It can't be that good, but even if it was it is too big of the project for me.
