Unsold Certificates
Hello folks.....
I was wondering if anyone knew, off the top of their head, of any states or counties who have their unsold lien certificates available for purchase online. Some of the counties around me will purchase all of the unsold certificates while others don't. It just seems to me the ones that don't would want to sell them ASAP since they don't want to have to deal with the foreclosure process if it comes about.
