The Problem With Tax Deeds
Well, I bought a crack house!
The problem with tax deeds, as we all know is you cant get into look at them.....and well, I bought what appeared to be a junky MH that needed some work.....when we got into it....we see that it needs to be demoed, it smells like urine and mold is everywhere. It is alright because the lot is worth 20-30k and we bought it for 10k and demo will be 4k. So, there is still some equity in the property, but man I feel aweful about this purchase. I am sure everyone has gone through these emotions some way or another.
Well, I guess my question is....Can I just throw away all this abondoned crap, like the moldy beds and couches? We are filing quiet title before we demo, to avoid any problems. Man, what a bummer.....
