Texan New To Forum
First of all I am new to this type of forum and REI. However I am somewhat knowledgeable on the issue of tax delinquent property with about 3 years experience researching and locateing owners of abandoned property.
I have done alot of research on local property and feel comfortable attending the next Sherrif sale (not looking to buy this time} but I would like any pointers for things to observe and take note of.
Also, I am considering buying Texas Houses for Pennies By Darius Barazandeh. I like the fact that he is local to me and that he is an attorney with REI experience. Any feedback by owners of his material would be great.

Hi! I am also in Texas and purchased Darius' material about 8 months ago. It is very good and this info has helped me to buy about 4 properties so far. More importantly it has helped me not to buy some. He also actually answers his emails.
