"Tax Title Services" Of CA, Anyone Dealt With Them?
They're a company that "pre-certifies" and then "certifies" a tax purchased property. Around here, no title insurance company will touch a tax sale item because they issue a quit claim deed. So far the only courses i see are either a quiet title action by a lawyer or using this company, which is highly pushed by all the title insurance companies i've talked with. They guarantee nothing, however, although their website does say that so far, they've managed to get all properties submitted to them certified. ($450 for the pre cert, $700 and up for cert, then you can have it sent to the title insurance company of your choice).
I"m just curious if anyone's used them yet.

I have looked at doing business with that company also. It sounds good, but I am going to do more research on them first. If anybody finds anything out could you post it please.
