Tax Sale
I have an opportunity to purcahse a lot that has gone through a forclosure. The previous owner of the lot owned that one right next to it also. He built a house and an attached garage that extended on over the this lot in question. My question is, if i purchase the lot can i give the current owner of the house that has the attached gagrage on the lot the option to remove the attached garage or (which i would like better) sell the lot to him????
I wouldn't see why you couldn't sell the portion of the lot. However I would suggest that you talk with an ATTNY before making any hasty decisions. Good Luck with the Selling!
