Tax Liens: Secondary Market
Hi, I've recently started researching tax liens as an investment alternative. I haven't attended any auctions as yet, but I suspect that they are dominated by some large investors and/or institutional buyers who pick all or most of the good to decent inventory, Which brings me to my question; Is there a decent Secondary Tax Lien Market and who are the players? Or are there any good sites where investors go to sell their liens for whatever reason? Thank Brian ;-)
