Tax Liens In Cuyahoga County, OH
Hello All-
I heard about this website from my membership in the Rich Dad forum. Does anyone have any experience dealing with tax liens in Cuyahoga County? Do you know what the interest rates are? Do they vary? I know I will have to make my way down to the courthouse steps at some point. If anyone has had any experience in Ohio, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you.

I suggest you do a search on the achives of this site for "oh" and "ohio." You will learn a lot.
Also, read county treasurer/tax collect websites about the topic. Especially in the county in which you are interested.
Read the state statutes on the collection of delinquent property taxes. Do so at the law library, where you can read the "annotated" statutues, not just the "black law" or the statutes as they exist on the law books.
