Hello,

I am a trying to find investors who can use my help in tax lien investing. I am trying to find somebody who needs part-time help. I work half the month as an airline pilot. I would love to attend auctions the rest to help investors buy liens. I am able to travel for a very cheap price. Please let me know your needs.

What happens if the owner moves the mobile home? Hope the land is worth what you paid.

I think you bought yourself a just the mobile home. It all depends on what was being sold at the sheriff sale. The description should have contained a parcel description and number.
If you in fact bought the land, you can instruct the inhabitants of the mobil home to send their rent to you, until the lease expires, then it is up to you to evict. Their lease may contain a landlords waiver, giving you ownership rights to the home if the rent is not current. You will be taking it subject to the existing financing.
