I was wondering if anybody knew of a good tax lien investing book ?
And has anybody read the 16% book and did any body think it was informative ?

Yes, I read the 16% solution book from Joel Moskovitz (hope am spelling it right) and it was very informative. If's a 9 year old book about concepts and ideas. I then had to spend countless of hours on the internet doing research, but that book did give me a solid foundation to start with.
I ordered John Beck's system last month. Still waiting for it to show up. You may want to bug me in a few months about what I think about it.
