Tax Leins In AZ
Im a new to TLC's and would like some imput on how to choose a good tax lein to purchase. What does one look for?
The leins in AZ that are available after the auction are sold at 16%, this would be a great return on your money why might one choose a lower interest during an auction, besides the fact of actually posibly obtaining the property down the road.
Any recommended web sites or books that anyone could refer would be greatly appreciated.

You should check out "The 16% Solution" by Joel Moskowitz. I have read on other posts here that it is a good place to start regarding tax liens.
