Tax Default Sales.
I am going to purchase a piece of property from a tax lien sale. How to I find out if there are any IRS liens or bonds from other companies. I went to my County Recorders Office but it only searches for those things in my county. I need to search the parcel number and name of the person who defaulted on the property, but i am not having any luck.
I have done that. I usually find out what they want and go from there. Very delsom are they asking FMV because most property going to the sales are neglected or abandoned in my experience
