Im not understanding fully the difference betweeen GA & other states. I understand tax liens & Tax deeds (I think)
I am going to the courthouse to observe a couple of auctions before I buy. I have 2 questions: 1) what is the easiest way to find info. on the upcoming properties?
2) Is Georgia better or worse for the investor?
I know I don't have to be in Georgia.
