Tax Deeds And Homestead In California
If someone claims homestead on their property in Ca., what happens to the property when it is auctioned off at the Tax sales? In other states (lien), the redemption period is extended if it is a homestead property. What happens in California? -peter

Nothing. There is no redemptioni period after the tax sale in CA.
