In a Tax Deed State, if the right of redemption, passes, and you get the deed (if this is correct) How do you get the owners in the house to get out?
You would need to do an eviction on the occupants of the property,which may be the previous owners , or squaters.You would also probably be advised to have your lawyer do a quiet title action.

C-lo is right the remedy is similar to removing a tenant (eviction).
