Tax Deed Financing
Does anyone know if lenders will loan money for the purpose of buying tax deeds. We are looking into purchasing tax deeds in Delaware where the redeemtion period is only 60 days. Either you will get the property or at least the owner will redeem and pay you back what you invested plus interest. Anyone have any insight on this.
