Hi everyone. I know this sounds stupid but can anyone tell me where to find out if Nevada is a Tax Certificate state.
I would appreciate it.

The state legistors voted against changing from a tax deed state to a tax lien state, and the proposal died in session. However, I understand that the issue will be reintroduced in next year's legislative session and hopefully it will pass then.
Nevada is not a tax lien state..yet! Please watch close the powers that be are working on just this issue as we speak.........stay tuned.
