Starting out...
I am looking for information and anyone who can help me get started. I am 18 years old, and I would like to know the steps involved in purchasing tax liens so that I may go about doing this on my own. West coast (ie. Washington) states are where I would be most interested in. All information is appeciated. Thank you.
