Seventh Financial CD
Has anybody purchased the CD from Seventh Financial Group?
They have a great Website, great primer on Tax Liens. But I am looking for a road map on how to investigate, purchase and redeem.
The CD sounds impressive but do I need to go thru 900 pages of content to learn this process?

I purchased Seventh Financial's stuff to get started in this business. There is a much better product at www.taxsalelists.com. Also, there they offer also the "Comprehensive Guide to Tax Lien Investments" which is the best book on the subject, and gives you the start to finish knowledge and direction to invest in this stuff. John Lane, the author and owner of the website, is a 16 years veteran in the industry, and knows a lot, and gives generously of his knowledge of the market, and he is extremely honest, a rarity in this industry! He just held a seminar in Denver, Colorado which I also attended. It was most informative and the best seminar i've ever been to. There was so much meat given in the business there for both the beginner and the professional and all those in between. I know you will not be sorry if you bought his stuff. I would personally guarantee it even though I have nothing to do with his stuff, except that as a professional investor, I am a farthful client of his!
