Reliable Place To Buy John Beck's Stuff
Hi All,
I liked John Beck's Free & Clear, so I ordered his California system from his web site. I got excited yesterday when FedEx knocked on my door. My excitement immediately dropped to 0 when I opened the package. They sent me the same Free & Clear system I had already bought from them before. My e-mails to them seem to have been lost in cyberspace.
I am doing a charge back on my credit card, but would still like to buy his latest California system. Do you know of any other web site that sells his latest CA system and will actually ship me what I buy ?

Hi Ron,
Thanks for the URL. But that's where I ordered the CA system (and was billed for CA system - so it's not like the site misunderstood my request). But they shipped me the Free & Clear system instead. They didn't respond to my request asking them whether they plan to fix that and ship me the CA system.
I had already bought (and received) Free & Clear in September/October.
As much as I like John Beck's material, I think whoever runs www.jonhbeck.net has the lousiest customer service I ever heard of. I am not the only one getting frustrated with it. Somebody on the reviews section of that site said he ordered his system 11 weeks prior to posting his "review" and still didn't get it.

John used to ship out orders himself. What a waste of effort for such a talented fellow. He has hired the daughter of a neighbor to do the work now. Probably she made an error.
