Here in MO almost ANYTHING can be done without going through a lawyer, BUT You better know what you are doing. You can go to the law library and get books with boilerplate forms and fill them out but if you have to go to court its sometimes hard to know the proper procedures to follow. And is it worth it and do you really save money in the end. If you manage to do three items without a lawyer and then lose the next one you might have lost more than it would have cost to have done all four with a lawyer.

i did the tax deed thing and i have had it for more then a year. i paid less then 200 and i think i might be able to sell it for max 10k. and that is pushing it. i was just hoping not to put to much money in to it. also i tried lookin for the people on the deed but no luck.
