Do not buy any of those government grant programs if you do find one, and that is a big if, you have to write the perfect letter and then there are even more stipulations on how you can spend it. Just get more creative and you will succeed. Trust me I am in the military and only make 1400 a month. I am about to close on my first property and I haven't used a dime of my own money.
