Posesion Of Tax Deed
what are the steps to take once u have the tax dee. how do u take legal posesion of the house. also i purchased a parcel and the county does not show a hous yet it seems there is one there any idea on verifying the house is on my parcel if so instead of a 16k property i have a 350k property. any help is apreciated :-?
If you own the parcel have it surveyed.

Call a few surveyors and ask them.
You don't say where you are and so nobody can tell you what it costs where you live, unless they happen to live there. But even then they would not know where you are.
