PA Judicial Sale
I am new to this type of sale. What happens if you buy a house at a pennsylvania judicial sale and the people are still living at the property. What would I do next. What would happen. Any body have any information in this area. :-?

What do you want to do?
I usually just start charging them rent.
You could talk to them and ask if they want to pay rent. If not, ask them to voluntarily leave. If they don't do that, you start an ejectment action against them in court.
