Notice Of Forclosure Of The Right To Redeem
Can someone PLEASE!!! Give me step by step detail on how to file the Notice of Forclosure. I already have an attorney working on some other properties because the property had so many owners. However the property I'm speaking about only has one owner and it seems this one may be easier to do. I really don't want to have to pay another attorney if I can do it myself.
I know the basics but I just want to know if I am missing anything. The state is Georiga.

Number one - check your state statute and see if you need an attorney
#2 - make your attorney show you the process - that what you pay him for
Why would you be filing a forcloser notice if you're not the owner.?
