NJ Tax Lien
I am reading the tax lien public notice in front of me. What does the following mean?: Parcels will be sold subject to improvement assessment installments not yet due and any omitted or added assessments of improvement as provided in N.J.S.A 54.4-63.2
Also, can you tell me what kind of research I should do on the property prior to bidding on the lien? Tell me also where I would go for this info. thanks, Jun
