NJ Subsequence Taxes

Question: after successful wining an NJ tax lien action, what is the best option if the current taxes are unpaid, to wait around or the next year tax lien or to pay the taxes as they become due? and if you pay subsequence every 3 months when are you eligible to the full 18% as the year ends or right after you pay that quarter?

Taxivestor you are correct. I asked this very question to a tax collector in a near by town, and was told you have to wait till the tax lien to buy. I was then talking to my local Tax collector, and she told me the truth and said you can pay the next year taxes and get the full redemtion percentage. Sorry for the confusion.
