Hi all,

I'm a newbie from Singapore, my name is Brian.

Anyone knows whether non-US citizens are allowed to invest in Tax Lien Certs? And how to go about since I don't live in the states.

Thanks.

There is no problem as to where you are a citizen of. Most states require to you be present to bid at the auctions. Some reequire you to be a resident. But by far, the majority do not care as to where you live so long as you show up to bid physically in person. So, if you do not live heere in the US, you are limited to what is auctioned in the interneet, which is limited, and is mainly junk. Good luck!

    Richard
