Newbie To Tax Liens
Hi,
I was just checking through my county sites and found a page called tax sales. There is a list of properties and "bids" I suppose for owed taxes. i remember hearing something about this...actually acquiring a house by paying the owed taxes. Can anyone direct me to some good articles or basic info on what this is? I'm just curious now and need the basic info, however if you want to recommend further reading that'd be great too.
