New Jersey Tax Liens
I have been investing in real estate for about 2 years but have never been involved in purchasing tax liens. I have gotten bits and pieces from you guys but need more info. Can anyone suggest a good course or reading material on the subject? Thanks, Repo :coolgrin:

My best advice is John Beck's Free and Clear course. He very informative and the books are written in plain english. After reading his course I purchased a tax certificate in Baltimore over the counter. I have foreclosed the owners right to redeem and am now in the process of obtaining the deed to the property. His methods are clear and concise and helped me out a lot. Good Luck!
