New Jersey Tax Liens

RepoMan profile photo

I have been investing in real estate for about 2 years but have never been involved in purchasing tax liens. I have gotten bits and pieces from you guys but need more info. Can anyone suggest a good course or reading material on the subject?
Thanks,

My best advice is John Beck's Free and Clear course. He very informative and the books are written in plain english. After reading his course I purchased a tax certificate in Baltimore over the counter. I have foreclosed the owners right to redeem and am now in the process of obtaining the deed to the property. His methods are clear and concise and helped me out a lot. Good Luck!
